Art has become an integral part of my life, and I am excited to teach others on what im passionate about.

My name is Sage, I am currently a sophomore at Yorba Linda High School. I had been drawing since I was around three or four years old, and I discovered my passion for design a few years ago. I've attended numerous art classes in various locations. But my passion for art has never changed. Art does not have a limit as to what you can achieve, it can express emotions oftentimes better than words. My goal is to share my passion with as many people as possible.

I’m currently a sophomore at Valencia High School, enrolled in the International Baccalaureate and ValTech programs. I’m an active member in the tennis, CyberPatriots, FBLA, Robotics teams, as well as a volunteer with Rotary Interact. I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, and I was previously a student at ALM. Now as a long time volunteer, I handle website development and teach one of the art classes that Art Learning Mission provides.

Hello, I’m Sarah Han, a current sophomore at the Orange County School of Arts(OCSA). I’m in the Visual Arts conservatory and specialize in both digital visual media. My passion for art began when I was a kid, and since then has become a central part of my life. I’m driven by the ability to express myself and evoke emotions through my art. My goal is to share my passion in meaningful ways and inspire others to find joy in what they love.
HAILEY JEPHCOTT

Hi, I am Hailey Jephcott. I am a 12th grader at El Dorado High School. I discovered my passion for art when I was very young. I started when I was 6 years old. During my time at school, I participated in design classes, painting & drawing, and 3D art classes. I have also taken private lessons and have had the opportunity to showcase my talent at several local events. I am constantly looking for new ways to express myself through art and love creating pieces that inspire others. I strive to be the best artist I can be and believe that anything is possible with hard work and dedication. As an artist, I am eager to grow and make a difference by sharing what I love with these children.

Hello everyone! My name is Jason, and I am an 11th grader at YLHS School. I have been playing and studying chess for 8 years, and it has become one of my greatest passions. Currently, I teach chess at the ALM organization, where I enjoy sharing my knowledge and love for the game. Teaching allows me to pass on the skills I’ve developed over the years to my students, and I am dedicated to helping them improve and enjoy chess as much as I do.

My name is Anna Xu, I am 14 years old, and I am a ninth-grade student at Yorba Linda High School. Drawing has always been my passion, and I enjoy expressing my creativity through art. As a volunteer, I am responsible for teaching children how to draw, which combines my love for art and my enthusiasm for working with kids. I take pride in being kind, patient, and understanding, which helps me connect with children and create a positive, fun environment for them to learn and grow. It brings me so much joy to see their imaginations come to life on paper, and I am truly honored to guide them through this creative process. Volunteering with children is an incredibly rewarding experience, and I look forward to every opportunity to inspire and support them.

My name is Janey Zheng, and I am a freshman at Troy High School, actively participating in the Troy Tech program. Beyond my studies, I am passionate about volunteering and enjoy drawing during my free time. Art has always been a significant part of my life; I discovered my love for it at a young age and worked to create meaningful and beautiful pieces. I also enjoy sketching realistic objects and people. I have achieved Level 8 in Chinese painting and earned multiple awards for my artwork. Teaching and studying art is something I truly enjoy, as it allows me to share my passion while helping students explore their creativity. I aim to make learning enjoyable and inspiring so children feel confident and excited to develop their skills. I look forward to teaching this year and helping students discover their love for art!
