Hi, I’m Jack Fang, the new president of ALM (Art Learning Mission). I’m grateful to follow in the footsteps of our founder, Shair Wei, and to continue the mission of inspiring young people through art, creativity, and education.
At ALM, I’m committed to honoring the values that built this non-profit organization while also expanding our efforts to serve the community and reach those in need. Together with our volunteers, families, and partners, I look forward to creating more opportunities for youth to grow, give back, and lead with compassion.

As Vice President of ALM, I am committed to supporting our mission not only through my passion for chess, but also by bringing leadership, organization, and dedication to every part of our work. While chess has taught me valuable skills like strategy, and patience, my role at ALM extends far beyond the board. I strive to help guide our team, ensure projects run smoothly, and create opportunities for growth and impact within our community. My commitment comes from believing in ALM’s vision and working hard to strengthen it in every way I can. I will make sure everyone feels supported, valued, and at peace within ALM.
